Grant Johnston

Managing Director

Grant has over 30 years of experience in the Australian and Southeast Asian steel reinforcing industry. A pioneering leader and visionary thinker, he founded Australia’s second-largest reinforcing fabricator and has held senior leadership roles with TATA Steel, NatSteel Singapore, and SRIA.

Karl Johnston

Chief Strategy Officer

Karl brings 15 years of experience in the steel industry, with a proven track record in leading growth projects and strategic acquisitions. He is currently driving the development of the Pinkenba facility, making sustainable steel production a reality in Australia.

Michael Chester

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a CPA with broad experience in financial reporting, governance, compliance, and treasury management. He focuses on improving processes, increasing efficiency, and aligning finances with the company’s goals to drive long-term growth.

Aaron Johnston

Group Marketing Manager

Aaron has over 9 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record in the manufacturing sector. A dynamic leader and strategist, he successfully rebranded a nationwide steel processor, driving cultural change while improving market position.
